Natural disasters happens on earth
Not everyone wants to take responsibility
I saw the news on the climate conference in Doha
A politician from the Philippines appealed for action
He pleaded that all nations should take responsibility and find a sustainable solution
Diagonally in front of him was a colleague from another country
Chewing gum, he seemed completely uninterested

700 people were killed in the Philippines
900 are missing
The world is chewing gum, relaxing on the couch ...

Humanity is slow in its turns
It is convenient to assume that what is happening is not MY  responsibility and MY concern
It is convenient to assume that all the knowledge on climate change is not true
It is convenient to put the responsibility on a natural development, without recognizing humans participation
It is more convenient not to have to change habits
It is convenient in some countries which are fortunate ... or is it?
It is comfortable as long as I do not think beyond the next public listing

It's getting a little knotty there on the couch now anyway
In the U.S., it was probably some couches that went bad lately
But in other countries is the couch as far away from the window that you can not even take a look out
Others have not even had one...

Humanity's way of placing the responsibility for their own actions away from themselves recurs in many contexts
21st of december 2012 some people expect spaceships will come and rescue all the nice people who want to receive aid
They will be brought to happier places and will be taken care of and pampered
Yep....
Maybe all conference participants are adherents to this idea ;-)

Then we don't have to do something for our own development on a spiritual level either because the gang around the spaceship commander will do the development for us? 

We do not have to take the responsibility for our own planet for the good will not have to live on in misery?

Would you like giving away this responsibility?

Yes, dear humanity, I think many will be disappointed

Winter has arrived in my small community 

Not long time is left until the date, 
so many people are expecting so much of
I have no expectations
I'm just going on as usual

Because work and preparings for all changes already underway for several years
and since nobody is going to push a button on that particular day
and since it is just a new beginning
so I do not care so very much about preparing either end of the world
or spaceships arrival ;o)

I'm looking forward to a special midwinter and special energies
I'm looking forward to meet special entities that night
There will be big changes weeks after the winter solstice
Before that you can already notice it
but not so strongly
People can feel in and notice - all - not just those that are clairvoyant,
but that is not to say that everyone wants to and it does not matter

I'm enjoying instead

When in March 2011 the male energy left over rod to the female 
there was initiated a healing process

Reconciliation between the male and the female on earth
is needed to heal and develop people's relationships with each other
It´s needed for people to go into a conscious change
It is a long process
We have just started walking on that road

All of us women and men carry the memories of our mothers and first mothers, fathers and first fathers
All of us women and men carry the memories of our past lives
All of us women and men carry the memories of our present life

Reconciliation is the starting point in order to reduce the darkness that divides us
So far the reconciliation is only fully realized in one for most of us very unconscious dimension
The seed is there

It needs time and love to develop
and forgiveness
It will go up and down on the way to our goal
It goes through the valleys of many women and men
It goes through sorrow and suffering
It will be lighter and less uphill later

Each of us can help to make it so

These aspects of energy exists only in duality
All of us have tested both aspects
There is no us and them
There's just us

My friend the elf is sitting and watching me from the position of the earth element
Not really his right element
He, however, likes to be a little earthy
The question he asks is whether we humans like elves as much as the opposite

Humans are not as aware that elves are not only a character of Lord of the Rings

Elves have lived in close contact to humans for many centuries
Then something happened
We ended up too low in frequencies and the elves became mythical figures for most of us
Now we are heading back into a time where we can meet, see, hear
It is time
It is so joyful to feel the energy of an elf and so uplifting to see one

A happy genus
The joy they spread and the warmth is so lovely
The magic of the elves is one of the strongest and most special
Their ability to heal is large
They both use drugs and energies in order to help

The elf sitting opposite to me is extraordinary earnest for an elf
He's seen a lot, understood a lot
He is serious in the way he works with me
Exact
Determined
Incredibly strong and effective
Secure
Loving and warm
The feeling of love is spreading in the body

A new day

The situation is becoming more and more compact
or the feeling gets compact
The feeling that there are so many intense changes going on that they have to affect the environment around me
I'm influenced, changed, shaped and taken care of
With me, always the people around me

The power failure last night was a blessing for us
It was quiet and peaceful at home 
The older children did homework by candlelight 
The little guy enjoyed the atmosphere
It was wonderful
So peaceful and quiet

Silence is certainly something that people have forgotten - not all of them of course
A child's detection that there was such a huge silence here at home
And the expressed surprise that people can live like this, without electricity
and the conclusion that this is probably good for Mother Earth that we have power cuts

It is certainly good for us who experience it
A nice break from our usual lifestyle
 
Remember when everything was different
When we were young, curious souls

Today started for me with a manifestation
I helped to set up energy pathways which now runs between heaven and earth

Then I had some coaching on the phone and there will be several different jobs during the day
This has become my everyday life

After I have been a teacher in school for many years
The days became so different from most people's everyday lives 
It was wonderful to work with children
I loved being a teacher
Sure, it was tough in many ways
but also very rewarding
It took energy and gave energy
Then I had to realize that it took too much time away from family
when I lived my life as a shaman alongside
It also became too strenuous for me
This phase of my life was over, so it was the right thing to go

An extremely exciting time

The situation on Earth is becoming more and more pointedly
Many people are in rebellion
Countries in chaos
People escaping

The spirit world is preparing
Everyone is preparing
We are meeting the last negative deep valleys that will appear before the energies will go into the next major phase of change

Now choose the right things
Think about it 
Do not follow the negative direction
Do not focus on the bad part
Do focus on good and what you can learn
Do not judge other people
Instead, try to understand them
Learn to read others
Be aware of that you can imagine yourself into other people
How does the situation look from their side?
Why do you encounter such a situation?
What do the experience give to you?
Are there any patterns you recognize?
Note the experience
Do not push it aside
The same with your emotions
Look at the emotions
Do not ignore them
They are to help you finding the essence of the experience

It will be brighter
It is not much time left until you will understand what it is all about
Keep hope
Ask for help
You always have friends by your side even though you may not always be able to see and feel them
You're not alone
Soon you will see that there is hope

What a full moon and what energies
They are still firmly strong
I woke up in the night by a loud bang - just me, laugh - not even the dog did care
But I was out of bed directly
Down to my room, there our friend Moon looked in
I looked up and made ​​contact

It was long time ago that I had that kind of energy wave in me that makes me faint if I do not watch me

New Moon In August
 
Again I´m back writing a little.
 
A new phase in the world now begins.
For many of us, it is palpable that it will start something new.

Even down here in real live, things are happening that initiates a change in our lives.
School starts, the most of us have started working.
We meet new people and get into new situations.

On the other level, which is also part of our reality, although not all experience this consciously, it happens a lot right now.

The Earth's energy center is changing, and this will affect all of us, whether we realize it or not. Many people will feel things getting easier others will feel a heaviness that is spreading inside themselves.
This is usual many people says ... certainly it is.

This time it's in a different way than before because it is a fundamental change going on.

Earth's population begins to discover the other realities more and more.
Even some of those peoples who were completely closed and inaccessible to others' emotions and feelings and moods in rooms and situations, the idea of ​​a spirit world will begin to be a possibility.

The Changes of the Earth are affecting people stronger than you can imagine.

Since the earth is rising in the frequencies humans needed an adjustment. This is not possible without dropping a lot of weight and release old burdens.

Karma or old memories from former and current life needs to be reprocessed and insights are needed.

Today there are people who are simply experiencing the opposite situation of an experience they made earlier in life. 
Perhaps earlier in life they had a response to people who are not easy to manage for the other part. 

Later in life they develop and they experience the same treatment from others and recognize their own behaviour.

Are you aware of such circumstances it may help to resolve them through insight.
 
 Today, one must not "work out" karma in that way anymore. There are shortcuts if there is insight.

All people have a guidance, which can intervene in these cases and help to solve the knots, if you ask them for help.

The family ...

This year, many people are concerned with their ancestors.

The children and grandchildren carry their ancestors load. For the most part without even knowing that.

The energies are remaining. We were born into a family tree and are part of it.

Earth-bound souls * in the family ranks also tend to remain. They are sometimes still not feeling well after their experiences and burdening the relatives they really just want to help or be near.

We live in and experience a time where we will help as many people as possible to understand and to release the load they are carrying on and heal old wounds.

Not just for us who live now, but also among those who were before us.

We should give them their legitimate position and help them to heal as much as possible. Then they can proceed on their way and the family can be free from old burdens.

It may be worth it to think through your own family tree up to great-grandmother's time, trying to tune into and take a moment for each relative. What histories are there?

*  Earth-bound souls means deceased people who have not left the incarnation but hanging on in some kind of "between world". These souls can be helped to find their way on.

It's time to narrate here again.

The time we're in is a time of big changes. I myself have gone through a lot of personal work.



Perhaps I was so quiet because of that. I had to finish, sort and cleanse.

It was a good time too. Many visions of the future, much new knowledge, much information that just fell down in my brain.

Now I am who I am today ...

It is a busy year. Many people notice this. But many do not know why or do not even understand that fact. They experience their world as they always have experienced it. A matrix of matter where they engage themselves. They forget everything that is not possible to touch, even their own feelings. They experience only the "reality".

But what is real? The world and the humans are changing. It is time to realize that we need to keep up with this changes. Nothing can stop it, not even ignorance.
Not everyone wants to be on this way. All humans do not even see  the way. That is a choice too.

The world as most people experiencing it will disappear. They will slowly but surely discover that the boundaries are not where they were before. Slowly, people will open up to new worlds and new experiences. What I usually tell of will be perceived by an increasing group of people. Everyone will discover their inner senses. That will enable a different experience of the world. 

Faith. We must overcome our faith in order to see. Faith confines reality experience. Scientists have begun to talk about that. Physicists and biologists who recognized the limitations of the old paradigms.

It is time for a paradigm shift.

Even a materialist or "scientific" world view is faith. Has anyone been able to prove that ghosts do not exist? Has anyone been able to prove that it is impossible to practice telepathy? Has anyone been able to prove that you can not use your inner senses to experience? If someone can prove to me that my world is not in the way I experience it this person is probably a future Nobel Prize winner ...

I have "felt the rain" for a long time now not just getting wet.

Yes, it certainly is. You will float over patterns. You will rise above our reality, see what available structures there are and establish new ones.

Just by this words the danger appears huge.

Changing structures can be both good and disastrous. Down here in our reality, it can be nearly impossible to see the consequences of such a change.

To move mountains ... Yes, absolutely - why not ...
It may be moving mountains if you change something unchangeable hard and painfull in a person's reality into something beautiful and healing.

You can not always do that either, even if you would like to ... It is rarely the person who is the limit. Moving mountains have rules and restrictions. Otherwise, you end up on the wrong side.

And why do peoples so easily go into the darkness instead of the light?
Why are no major barriers in the dark direction?
Why can people talk negativly without making a fool of themselves, while it may seems embarrassing to say the word love?

Humanity is probably a mystery in many ways ...

Floating into the magics light hall far above human habitations is a wonderful pleasure ... close to home

And how strange that they needed to call in extra staff at the gynecological clinic  ;o)

It's always rush to birth at full moon, but it was extra fun to be born this weekend.

Got me by the way a good laugh reading in a newspaper that according to science we are not affected at all by the moon  : o) 

Always fun! There's no study, perhaps ?

When I worked in the maternity ward in Germany, it was obvious that they were prepared for a lot of work a full moon night, but there is probably no statistics on that?

When I worked with teenagers in school it was chaos already the day before full moon.

People have forgotten to keep track of the moon - that's probably the reason ...

It´s strange and interesting that the world's population follows a wave of themes that comes and goes.
In any case, I thought about it many times recently.
Courage, anxiety etc., everything goes in waves. 

Persons I meet over a period carries similar themes. The news from the world offers the same opportunities for insights. All are committed.

Great theme of 2012 seems to be to clean out old stuff. People are aware of what they may feel bad of and begins to change things and resolve old connections.

They sort attic or basement, sort old piles of paper and simultaneously enter into a journey where memories will be reprocessed and resolved.
This is probably just what we need to do this year.

Many persons gets aware of the systems they stucked in...
Always the same type of experience - why?
What is it one should learn from these experiences?
How do you avoid ending up in exactly the same pattern again?

Don´t ignore your emotions. All emotions will tell us something. They have a message, clear or less clear, but readable.
If you are pushing off your emotions, you can´t see the insights they can give to you.
If you, instead of that, go into the feelings and examine the pesky contexts you begin to imagine or may be see clearly in front of you, you may heal a part of you.

Mother Earth begins to wake up on the surface in the north, so people soon will become calmer inside up here.

Took a break from the blog. It's probably something to be expected: o)
The writing comes sometimes. Not every day not every week.
But quite often I end up here anyway.

Now it's going on a lot. Many changes.

New Moon
A fresh start. Something that has been completed and new things starting up.
In contrast to the full moon the weight is now clearly on new.
On full moon is the weight of something that is done and finished.

This new moon is special to me. I look forward moving home all my dear helpers and objects and all my energies to our own little house. Here my sun wheel will spin and spread out.

The force may remove the handbrake at home, which it have to pull in my old room.

To bring home my energies is one of the themes that were included in the first months of this year. I have completed some accounts on the internet and said goodbye to forums where I wrote long time ago. Now begins a new era and I will collect myself instead of being out in the world with my energies.

It's exciting to see what comes next.

I'll have a new friend and helper. A new wand to the one I already have, not to replace but to supplement.

It is, I think, what my son told me two years ago, when he was 6 years old: 

"When I'm grown up, Mom, then I also have a wand and you'll have two." 

Children are so wise. They know so much. Listen to your children!

I will create now and that I will do with great joy.

On a walk through the forest with my friend next to me. The elf who is so wise and giving so much warmth and closeness.

Living nature.

I can agree with the puppy when he gets excited about that there is so much out there.

The delight to walk the own path in freedom is great right now.

A quiet morning - now when the family has left the house...A silence you can hear ...I have experienced so much in recent years.

Now a new chapter begins.

The first steps on the shaman path are behind me since long time ago. Now I'm standing on top of a hill looking out over both past and future.

The shaman way leads through the darkness to the light. The wounded healer. I do not feel hurt. I let go of what has happened before. Only remember the beautiful moments. I always have been like that. I have to reflect on the past to face the darkness that was there. That is how it should be. Why would you carry around old things, finished and healed?

Yet there they were. The near death experience that everyone is talking about talking shamanism. Heavy days and nights, heavy with memories and sorrows. So as there are for many people, yet different.

I experienced on a different way. I was conscious also on the other side. I heard things, I did not understand by myself, from my friends out there. The spirit shaman, forest elves and others, very helpful friends, who through insights helped me to heal.

Each shaman has his own way, makes his own footsteps on the path of life. Why would they be the same if we are so different?I experience myself as a person with a great deal guidance and protection from the very beginning. Maybe I look at myself in this way because I had such a great original trust in me since childhood.

When I was a young woman, just 19 years, expressed a friend  that she was surprised that I always assumed that everything would be fine in the end. I had such enormous confidence.

Of course, I had survived, just two years earlier ... Perhaps that affects my experience of reality. I faced death and left him behind me.

Perhaps that is why many people worked on making me lose confidence. Makes me "realize" that I need to do much more on my one. I should not "put that into my head" that I always just could ask for help and get it too ...

Oh yes, that's exactly what I still have in my head. They could not get that out of me. I ask for help and I get it.

I live with a deep gratitude, an enormous gratitude, humility and respect. Gratitude for my confidence never breaking down and for my receiving so much help every day in my life.

Gratitude also for me having the pleasure to convey this to other people through my work and for allowing me to pass on help so many times and with it a little bit or maybe a great deal of confidence.
